Kiwi Property manages some of New Zealand’s busiest shopping centres, nationwide. Kiwi Property has complex website requirements and receives over 10,000 visitors every day.
Kiwi Property wanted a company who could host and provide infrastructure and development services for all its websites. And because they are serving so many customers, they needed optimal levels of up-time and performance.
Kiwi Property also wanted to increase visitor satisfaction and engagement with the websites, so wanted to add gift-cards, indoor mapping for each shopping centre, and handy features for website users such as ‘Add to Calendar’ event reminders for the myriad of events they host.

Dynamo6 designed, developed and managed Kiwi Property’s new digital hosting platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Resulting in a dedicated, highly available hosting environment, which uses all the latest AWS performance optimisation, and includes separate environments for production, staging and development. Perfect for the next stage of website enhancements.
Websites are not just about good content and branding. Some user experience enhancing tools require a technical skillset. For the value add features for Kiwi Property’s users, Dynamo6 worked to identify tools and integrate them seamlessly into Kiwi Property’s systems, including their WordPress CMS.
The new tools added indoor mapping for each shopping centre, an online gift card portal, and event reminders with an ‘add to calendar’ feature.
